After the incident, the offender was detained and taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District. He turned out to be T. I., born in 1986. A report was drawn up against him under Article 126 (Petty Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, after which he was placed in a temporary detention cell.
