The incident occurred in the evening at the final stop of bus route No. 100. In a video that became popular on social media, the man is seen challenging during an argument, saying: "Do you want to talk legally? Come here," after which he pulls out an object resembling a gun.
The event was recorded in the automated information system (AIS ZHUI) of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District. After establishing the identity of the detainee, born in 1990, police officers arrested him and took him to the department.
Law enforcement agencies remind that any illegal actions may lead to criminal liability and urge citizens to maintain public order.
