According to the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District of Bishkek, the detained men behaved aggressively, did not comply with the lawful demands of law enforcement officers, and used obscene language.
As a result of the inspection, in accordance with Article 126 "Petty Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses, two citizens born in 1998 were detained and placed in a temporary detention cell.
Law enforcement agencies remind citizens of the necessity to abide by the law and maintain order in society.
