According to the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District, this incident was registered in the automated information system of the JUIs. Law enforcement authorities detained citizens B.K. and I.R., both born in 1975.
Protocols were drawn up against these individuals under Article 126 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Petty Hooliganism." Based on the decision of the Lenin District Court of Bishkek, each of the offenders was fined 5,500 soms.
On January 4, the head of the Municipal Inspection, Mirlan Taalaibekov, reported the initiation of a service investigation regarding this incident.
“The actions of this employee will be assessed from a legal standpoint, as they undermine the authority and image of our service. As a result of the investigation, measures may be taken, including disciplinary action or dismissal,” noted Taalaibekov.
On January 5, it became known that this employee of the municipal inspection had been dismissed from their position.
