Information about the incident emerged after a video was published on social media showing two men, one of whom is an inspector, drinking alcoholic beverages, urinating, and behaving inappropriately in public places. At the end of the recording, they drove away in a car, with the inspector at the wheel.
According to available information, the men organized a drunken gathering on the street.
“You were driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, as evidenced by the photo and video materials. You urinated in inappropriate places. As a public servant, you should be an example for citizens, not a disgrace to your profession. I waited for you in my office until 11 PM yesterday, but you never showed up. Law enforcement agencies have still been unable to locate you,” Talaybekov noted at the meeting.
A police officer was also present at the scene of the incident, who took the violator for processing the protocol after the meeting.
