On December 23, information emerged about a case of driving under the influence and document forgery in Bishkek. The information was provided by UPMS inspector Nadyrbek Jusupov.

According to Jusupov, the incident occurred on December 20, when patrol officers stopped a "Nissan Skyline" at the intersection of Chuy Avenue and Young Guard Boulevard. During the check, the driver presented an ID in the name of Vladimir Leontiev, but the police officers had doubts about its authenticity. As a result, the man admitted that it was just a photocopy and could not explain where and when he obtained his driver's license.

Additionally, the driver emitted the smell of alcohol, and a sobriety test confirmed his state of intoxication, although he denied it.

Jusupov emphasized that the driver did not comply with the law enforcement officers' requests, which led to his detention and transport to the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Pervomaisky District. The vehicle was placed in a towing lot.
