During the conversation, he convinced the man to transfer 551,000 soms to an electronic wallet, promising delivery of the goods. However, after receiving the money, the fraudster stopped responding and did not fulfill his obligations.
The fact of fraud was registered under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The police detained 21-year-old J.B., who was placed in a temporary detention facility.
