According to the information received, a citizen O.K. contacted the police, reporting the actions of an employee of LLC "Asma". She stated that by misleading people, he fraudulently concluded equity participation agreements, showcasing unfinished construction projects and promising their quick completion.
Based on this information, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational work, police officers detained the suspect — H.A., born in 1991. He was placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are investigating whether he may be involved in seven other similar crimes.
