The GKNB held preventive talks with a Kyrgyz citizen for his statements inciting interethnic hatred

Specialists from the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) held a preventive conversation with a man who made statements on social media, acting within the Kyrgyz segment, that contributed to inciting interethnic hatred. This information was announced by the GKNB press service on January 20.

According to law enforcement agencies, the individual, Z.D.A., born in 1989, was in a state of alcohol intoxication and promised that he would not repeat his actions in the future.

During the investigation, necessary examinations have been appointed, the results of which will determine further steps.

GKNB representatives noted that inciting interethnic, interregional, and interracial enmity is subject to criminal liability.
