In this regard, a criminal case has been initiated. Based on the materials of the case, an expert conclusion was obtained from the Ministry of Justice, confirming the presence of signs of incitement to interethnic hatred in the materials published by T.A.D. on social media.
In accordance with the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan, a case has been opened under Article 330, concerning the incitement of racial, ethnic, national, religious, or interregional hostility. The suspect has been placed in the GKNB detention center, and investigative actions are ongoing.
The GKNB reminds of the consequences of criminal liability for disseminating false information and provocative data that contribute to the incitement of interethnic hostility.
