The State National Security Committee (GKNB) has identified the administrator of a large anonymous account that spread false information and calls for mass riots.
The agency reported that the administrator of the account "predator4407" was identified on social networks Instagram and Threads. He maintained contact with leaders of destructive groups located outside the country and, following their instructions, intensified posts of a subversive nature. In his messages and comments, he called for the organization of mass riots and the violent seizure of power, as well as collected confidential information about heads of government agencies.
The suspect, a citizen A.D.S., born in 1979, is already in a detention center, and a criminal case has been initiated against him under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In addition, A.D.S. created over 20 fake accounts on Instagram and Facebook. With their help, he left provocative comments under current news, forming an artificial negative opinion and inciting citizens to distrust and outrage regarding state policy.
In this regard, a criminal case has been initiated under articles 278 (mass riots) and 327 (public calls for the violent seizure of power) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Investigative actions are ongoing, and other participants of destructive groups pursuing unconstitutional goals are being identified.
The GKNB draws attention to the criminal liability for the dissemination of false and provocative information through anonymous and fake accounts, including calls for riots, violent seizure of power, and incitement of interethnic or interregional hostility.
