According to available information, an individual known as B.u.T. used his alleged connections with the chairman of the GKNB, Kamchybek Tashiev, to manipulate a citizen named D.A.A. and systematically demanded money from him under the pretext of resolving various issues.
According to the information, from 2024 to 2025, B.u.T. managed to acquire a significant sum of money. It has been established that he showed his victims a photograph of a portrait carpet depicting Kamchybek Tashiev, claiming that this gift was personally given to him by the head of the GKNB. However, this carpet turned out to feature Tashiev surrounded by generals, which led to his exposure. In connection with these events, the investigative department of the GKNB of Kyrgyzstan has initiated a criminal case under the article "Fraud." Currently, B.u.T. has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
