According to the agency, the alleged fraudster promised to "resolve the issue" of terminating criminal prosecution, which was under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, for a certain reward. However, after receiving the money, the obligations were not fulfilled.
Subsequently, instead of returning the funds, N.K.A. began to threaten the victims, hinting at the possibility of initiating a criminal case "for bribery of a public official."
The GKNB urges anyone who has fallen victim to the actions of N.K.A. to contact the headquarters at the following phone numbers: 0312-66-04-75, 0312-62-65-04.
The agency also reminds citizens to be cautious and not to trust individuals who, under the pretext of assistance from the GKNB, demand financial or material resources.
