This case is not straightforward, as there are numerous aggravating circumstances. The suspect, known as B. u. T., used the name and portrait of Kamchybek Tashiev to extort money from citizens.
As the SCNS found out, he, referring to his connections with the leadership of the SCNS, managed to deceive D. A. A. and demanded money from him for solving various issues over a period of two years (2024-2025). To confirm his claims, the fraudster showed the victim a carpet featuring Tashiev, which he allegedly received as a gift from Kamchybek Kydyrshaevich himself. However, suspicions arose when it became apparent that Tashiev was depicted on the carpet with four general stars instead of three.
