According to the agency, Z. D. A. posted materials on social media that "contribute to inciting interethnic hostility." For his part, the offender stated that his actions were caused by alcohol intoxication and promised that such behavior would not happen again.

Despite his assurances, the investigative authorities of GKNB initiated an examination of the specified posts, based on the results of which further actions will be taken in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
