An investigative operational group promptly arrived at the scene. Inside the vehicle, two bodies were found: one was in the driver's seat, and the other was in the back seat.
The identities of the deceased have been established: they are local residents — E.O., born in 2000, and S.T., a schoolgirl born in 2010, residing in the village of Spartak.
According to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, E.O. purchased the foreign car on January 11. After identifying malfunctions, he consulted mechanics who warned him about the critical condition of the vehicle and the high risk of its use.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
