In Bishkek, law enforcement officers detained three suspects in a series of robberies that involved the use of physical force. This was reported by the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District.
As a result of operational actions, S.E., born in 2006, S.B., born in 2008, and Ch.A., born in 2010, were arrested. During the investigation, the police discovered and seized four mobile phones obtained through criminal means, which were recognized as physical evidence.
It was established that the detainees were traveling in a car with fake license plates. They tracked individuals walking alone on the streets and, using the pretext of needing to make a call, applied force to seize the mobile phones from their victims.
In connection with these events, a criminal case was initiated under Article 206 (Robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The basis for the investigation was a statement from a citizen, M.S., who reported that on January 12, around 02:00, on M. Gorky Street, unknown individuals, using force, openly stole his iPhone 13 Pro Max worth 60,000 soms and fled the scene of the crime.
At present, the police are checking the detainees for involvement in other similar crimes. Citizens who have been victims of these individuals or have any information are asked to contact the numbers 0 998 81 04 06 and 102.
The court has decided to place the detainees in custody for a period of two months.
