According to the police, on December 19, 2025, T. K., born in 1994, filed a complaint. He reported that on December 16, at the Legacy self-service car wash located on Trudovaya Street in Kainy, he became a victim of an attack by a group of unknown individuals who acted out of hooligan motives and inflicted bodily injuries on him.
The incident was registered, and a forensic medical examination was appointed for its investigation. Experts concluded that the victim had suffered minor bodily harm.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 131 "Causing Minor Bodily Harm" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Suspects.
As a result of operational-search activities, the police were able to identify and detain the suspects, born in 1986 and 1989. After conducting the necessary investigative actions, they were placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
