On the night of January 24, around 01:00, officers from the Patrol Service of the Police stopped a Lexus 570 vehicle. According to the Patrol Service, the driver exhibited clear signs of alcohol intoxication, such as a characteristic smell of alcohol and questionable behavior while driving. As a result, he was directed to a narcological center for a medical examination.
At the narcological center, the fact of alcohol consumption was confirmed. However, before the examination began, the driver attempted to evade the procedure, sought to leave the facility, refused to show his documents, and concealed his identity.
Nevertheless, the driver's identity was established, and all necessary legal procedures were carried out.
As a result of the inspection, a report on the offense was drawn up, and the vehicle was towed to an impound lot.
