A tragic incident occurred in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek: a guy killed a girl in a hotel on Kuliev Street, as reported by the city’s Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
It has been established that on January 26, 2026, at 09:01, a call was received at the duty station reporting that a man had stabbed a girl in one of the hotels at the specified address, and she died at the scene.
Officers from the district department and management quickly arrived at the scene and confirmed the information. It is known that there had been a long-term romantic relationship between D.M. and R.E.
On that day, the couple was drinking alcoholic beverages, and during a conflict that arose between them, the deceased R.E. stabbed D.M. in the arm with a knife. In response, the guy plunged a knife into the girl's neck, which led to the tragic consequences.
The Investigative Committee of the Lenin District Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek has initiated a criminal case regarding the murder under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
At present, the suspect D.M., born in 2002, has been detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
Currently, law enforcement agencies continue to carry out all necessary investigative actions to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
