In the Moscow district of Chui region, two men have been detained on suspicion of murdering their acquaintance, according to information provided by the regional police department.
According to data received on January 20, 2026, around 10:00, a signal was received at the police station from the Center for General Medical Practice that 34-year-old S.Y. had died in an ambulance, not waiting for arrival at a medical facility.
After receiving the report, an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene to carry out the necessary procedures.
During the investigation, it was found that shortly before this, on January 19, 2026, around 22:00, S.Y. had met with his acquaintances P.I. and M.M. After the meeting, he returned home in an alcoholic intoxication and with visible injuries on his body.
A forensic medical examination established that the man's death was caused by a open craniocerebral injury, and he had recorded fractures of the frontal bone and a serious brain contusion.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The law enforcement agencies have identified the suspects — P.I., born in 2001, and M.M., born in 1985, who have been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
