An avalanche has descended on the Bishkek-Osh highway

Today, at 12:20 PM, an avalanche occurred on the Bishkek-Osh highway, with a length of approximately 50 meters and a height of up to 2 meters. This was reported by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Leading specialists of the department noted that traffic on this section has been temporarily suspended.

Currently, DEP No. 23 is working at the scene, having brought in the necessary equipment to clear the road. Additional information will be provided later.
