As part of the "Safe Country" program, the SBON of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted raids in popular youth spots—anti-cafes, known as "anti-cinema."
According to the service, serious violations were discovered during the inspections, recorded in several establishments. For example, in some places, minors were found after 10:00 PM, which is a violation of legislative norms.
In one of the anti-cafes, a minor administrator was found working at the establishment.
Furthermore, it was revealed that this same anti-cafe provided separate rooms for visitors, raising concerns among law enforcement regarding compliance with public morality and legislation.
Based on the identified violations, protocols were drawn up, and further investigation is underway. The minors were handed over to juvenile inspectors, and the administrations of the establishments received official warnings about the inadmissibility of such violations.
The main goal of these activities is to prevent offenses and combat the spread of narcotic substances among youth.
