Raids aimed at protecting air quality continue in Bishkek.
Deputy Mayor Azamat Kadyrov, along with representatives of the Municipal Inspection, conducted checks on baths and saunas to identify cases of burning prohibited materials.
During the raid, environmental violations were found in two private baths.
In one of them, located at Zavodskoy settlement, 402, remnants of clothing and household waste were found in the stoves. The owner of this bath has already received multiple warnings about the consequences of burning illegal materials; however, during a follow-up inspection, the violation was recorded again.
A repeated protocol was drawn up against citizen O.A.A. according to part 3 of article 115 of the Code of Offenses. Deputy Mayor Kadyrov once again reminded the owner of the importance of adhering to environmental standards, adding that in the case of repeated violations, the bath's operations may be suspended.
In another bath, located at Jibek-Jolu, 450, the burning of a plastic bottle was observed, which also constitutes a violation of environmental standards.
The owner of this establishment, A.R.T., was held accountable and fined 7,500 soms under part 3 of article 115 of the Code of Offenses.

According to the capital's landscaping regulations, the burning of materials such as textile products, automotive oils, paints and varnishes, plastic products, rubber, and other materials is prohibited in Bishkek.
