In Bishkek, during a raid, 18 minors were found performing zharamazan




As a result of the raid conducted in Bishkek after 10:00 PM, 54 minors were found without adult supervision. Of these, 18 teenagers were engaged in performing zharamazan, while 36 were on the street without the accompaniment of their legal representatives.

According to the city administration, the raid took place on February 27 with the participation of Victoria Mozgacheva, the deputy mayor, as well as representatives from various departments, including social protection, education, and juvenile affairs inspection.

During the event:

- 6 teenagers were handed over to the Internal Affairs Department for necessary actions and further transfer to their parents;

- 4 teenagers were sent to the Center for Crime Prevention to establish their identities and transfer them to their legal representatives;

- the remaining minors were returned to their parents after explanatory conversations.

30 protocols were drawn up against the legal representatives under the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In addition, explanatory conversations were held with the owners of cafes and restaurants regarding the inadmissibility of minors being without adults.

The Bishkek city administration urges citizens and guests of the city to act responsibly and not leave children without adult supervision.
