A driver who exhibited aggression on the road was detained by police in Bishkek. According to the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs, the incident was recorded on video and became widely circulated on social media.
The detained individual was identified as 31-year-old A.T.J., who was driving a KIA vehicle. The video shows him engaging in a verbal altercation with another driver, using foul language and displaying aggressive behavior.
After identification, he was taken to the internal affairs department. Protocols were drawn up against the driver for violating traffic rules under Article 126 "Minor Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses. He is currently placed in a temporary detention cell.
The Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs emphasized the importance of resolving road conflicts within the framework of the law, avoiding unlawful actions.
