On March 23, an unpleasant incident occurred involving a Hyundai driver and his companion at one of the shopping centers in Bishkek. Both men refused to pay for parking, which led to a conflict with the establishment's security guard.
Officers from the patrol police noticed the escalating conflict and intervened. During the investigation, it became clear that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to a narcological clinic, where the fact of alcohol consumption was confirmed.
The vehicle was towed to an impound lot, and a report on the offense was filed against the driver. The case has been forwarded to court for further consideration and necessary measures.
