The new building is expected to be ready soon
According to the press service of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, the construction of an administrative building for the Panfilov District Department of Urban Planning and Architecture is nearing completion in Kainy.
It is important to note that the funding for the construction of the new building is not coming from the republican budget, but from the internal reserves of the ministry. The building is expected to be put into operation in the near future.
“The design of the building takes into account modern standards. Comfortable working conditions will be created for employees inside, and quality services will be provided to citizens. The area of the new building will be 311.84 square meters. Construction work started in November 2025,” the official statement says.
Previously, the department did not have a separate building, and its employees worked in premises intended for a kindergarten.
