According to plans, the total area of the new college will be 13,600 square meters, including classrooms and a dormitory. The building will be eight stories high and equipped with modern facilities, with 750 million soms allocated for its construction. The facility is expected to be commissioned by December 31, 2026. The new building will house a cafeteria, a concert hall with 300 seats, a conference room, and a sports complex, as well as a basement level that will be used for parking.
