Local residents are calling on city services and contractors to adhere to sanitary standards and maintain order at the construction site.
It is worth noting that earlier some students and alumni protested against the demolition of the college, creating petitions demanding to preserve the building as a cultural heritage site and suggesting options for its reconstruction. Nevertheless, the authorities decided to build a new educational institution.
