After the publication of the interview with former head of the GSBEP Syimyk Zhapikeev, journalist Ernist Kyazov received an invitation for a conversation at the State Committee for National Security (GKNB). He reported this himself on his social media.
On his Facebook page, Kyazov noted that he spent an hour and a half at the GKNB, where he was communicated with in a "polite and correct" manner.
Committee representatives emphasized their interest in maintaining stability in the country, to which Kyazov responded that he adheres to similar principles in his work.
It is worth noting that the podcast with Zhapikeev caused a wide public resonance, particularly his comments about the works of Chyngyz Aitmatov, which he characterized as "five-kopek stories."
