The water supply systems in the Pervomaisky district will become part of a new plan for the development of communal infrastructure, which the Bishkek city administration has presented for public discussion. This project covers the period from 2026 to 2030 and includes significant investments in the creation of water supply, sewage, and irrigation systems for the annexed territories.

In connection with the expansion of the city boundaries to 41 thousand hectares and the implementation of administrative reform, the capital's authorities must provide the newly created residential areas with the necessary utilities.

One of the largest initiatives will be the expansion of the "Northern" water intake, where six new wells are planned to be installed. A budget of 550 million soms has been allocated for the implementation of this project.

The construction of water supply networks will be carried out in residential areas such as "Maevka," "Salkyn," "Prigorodnoye," "Stepnoye," and "Ozernoye."

For the irrigation of lands in "Maevka," irrigation canals with a total length of 15 kilometers will be constructed. The budget for this project is 75 million soms. In addition, 12.4 million soms will be allocated for the creation of a drainage network on the streets of Japarov, Vinogradnaya, and Molodaya Gvardiya.

The municipal authorities also plan to install new transformer substations with a capacity of 400 kilowatts in the residential areas of "Salkyn," "Umut," and "Dostuk." Six substations will be installed in MTU No. 207 ("Tendik," "Son-Kol"), and each of the three MTUs will have 50 power line poles.
