After they carried out renovations and in light of the court's decision to convert the premises into residential ones, they still cannot obtain the necessary documents for their apartments, which hinders them from registering and obtaining other documents.
Surabaldiyeva urged the authorities to issue technical passports for the employees of the municipal enterprise.
