Mamataliyev noted: "If there is someone nearby who can help, that’s one thing. But how can they survive if they live together and only on this amount?"
He also pointed out that about 50 children with cerebral palsy live in the "Muras-Ordo" residential area, while there is no rehabilitation center in this area.
The deputy added: "Parents are forced to travel to Bishkek, which takes about two hours due to traffic jams. I urge you to pay attention to the necessity of building a rehabilitation center in 'Muras-Ordo.' Our children need appropriate conditions," he said, addressing the president's representative in parliament, Almasbek Abytov.
It is worth reminding that during the budget discussion, the head of the cabinet of ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, mentioned plans to build rehabilitation centers in Osh and Karakol by 2026. In other regional centers, similar facilities will be constructed as funding becomes available.
