In the village of Min-Bulak, located in the Tyup district, the roof repair work of the new school, which was damaged due to heavy snowfall, has been completed. This information was provided by the district akim, Timur Madyarov.

According to him, after more than one meter of snow fell, the roof of the educational institution could not withstand the weight and was deformed in three places. The construction of the school, which is designed for 150 students, was completed in December 2025 with the support of a charitable foundation.

The akim noted that at the time of the incident, there were no children in the building. "The roof collapsed on the night of January 20. As of today, the contractors have already completed the repair and reinforcement of the structure. Since the process of document processing is not yet finished, the educational process in the new school has not yet begun, and the children continue to attend the old school," he explained.

Madyarov also added that the situation is under strict control, and a commission will soon recheck all elements of the building for defects.

It is worth noting that the construction of the two-story school began in June 2024 and was officially completed in December 2025.
