A resident of Talas developed an eco-protein from beans, which has already attracted the interest of the military

Ruslanbek Kenjaliev, an entrepreneur from Talas, has created an environmentally friendly protein from beans, which he named "Nomad's Nutrition." This product, developed over six years, offers greater satiety and easier digestibility compared to meat, making it ideal for people of all ages—from children to the elderly.

According to information from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, production currently relies on manual labor and amounts to about 1.5 tons per month; however, demand significantly exceeds supply.

The entrepreneur notes that bean protein is especially beneficial for people with diabetes, athletes, and those who adhere to a healthy diet. It helps lower blood sugar levels, detoxifies the body, and boosts energy levels. The Ministry of Defense has also expressed interest in the product, and preliminary negotiations are underway regarding its use for feeding military personnel.

To increase production capacity, Kenjaliev plans to build a workshop that will meet HACCP standards. This will protect farmers from sharp fluctuations in bean prices and create opportunities for export.

If the workshop is launched, it is expected that production volume will increase to 20 tons per month, ensuring a stable market for local farmers.
