Today, the opening of a new service building for electrical engineers took place in Osh, constructed as part of the Osh group of the substation service "Osh Electric Networks." The ceremony was led by the Minister of Energy, Talaybek Ibraev.
According to the press service of the ministry, this building was erected to improve the quality of working conditions for employees and to create comfortable workplaces in accordance with modern standards. The financing was provided by the OJSC "National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan," and the total cost of the project amounted to 7 million 60.76 thousand soms, while the actual construction costs were 6 million 193.65 thousand soms.
The area of the new building is 81 square meters. Inside, there are offices for the group leader and the foreman, as well as sanitary facilities and changing rooms. Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly materials were used in the construction, ensuring that the building meets modern safety requirements.

The implementation of this project is aimed at creating a safe and comfortable working environment, which, in turn, will enhance employee motivation and the effective execution of their tasks.
Additionally, the minister held a meeting with the employees of "Osh Electric Networks" in the company's assembly hall.
During the meeting, a report on the institution's activities for 2025 was presented, and various employee questions were answered. Some of the identified issues were assigned to the relevant leaders for resolution.
Also during the event, the minister handed over the keys to two units of special equipment, which should improve the quality of work performed by the enterprise.
