






Since its opening in 2024-2025, the municipal crisis center "Ayalzat" has provided social and psychological assistance to women and children who have become victims of domestic and gender-based violence. According to information from the Bishkek city administration, during this period, the center has been able to assist 281 individuals, including 96 women and 185 children.
As of January 27, 2026, there are 40 individuals in the facility, including 15 women and 25 children. The center can accommodate up to 50 people.
Women who have suffered from violence can rely on temporary housing, psychological support, social assistance, legal consultations, and referral services. The main goal of the center is to ensure the safety and protection of the rights of women and children.
"Ayalzat" actively collaborates with government agencies to prevent violence and provide comprehensive assistance to victims.
The Minister of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kanat Sagynbaev, visited the center during his working trip on January 27 to familiarize himself with the living conditions and services provided.
The meeting also included the Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, Victoria Mozgacheva, and the Director of the Department of Social Development, Aizada Junusova.
