On January 23, 2026, field schools on constitutionalism were held in Osh, organized by the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic. The event was attended by the court chairman Emil Oskonbaev and judges Chinara Aydarbekova and Meerghul Bobukejeva.

These educational programs were developed for two target groups. The first session took place at Osh State University, where faculty members from the law departments of OshSU and Jalal-Abad State University gathered. The second school was organized at the Osh Regional Court and was intended for judges from both the Osh and Jalal-Abad regional courts, including district courts.

At these schools, participants discussed key topics related to constitutionalism, its significance for the formation of the rule of law, and the role of the Constitutional Court in the system of state power. Practical aspects of applying the decisions of the Constitutional Court and principles of constitutional law in judicial practice were also considered.

In his speech, Emil Oskonbaev noted that the development of constitutionalism is impossible without active and ongoing professional dialogue. He added that the field format of such schools helps make constitutional justice more accessible to the regions and take into account the real needs of the judicial and academic environment.

The schools were conducted in an open discussion format, where participants could ask questions. At the end of the events, all participants were awarded certificates.
