On January 23, an outreach school on constitutionalism took place in the city of Osh, organized by the Constitutional Court, with the participation of the court's chairman Emil Oskonbaev and judges Chynara Aydarbekova and Meerghul Bobukejeva.

The events were aimed at two professional audiences. The first school was held at Osh State University, gathering faculty members from the law departments of OshSU and Jalal-Abad State University.

The second session took place at the Osh Regional Court, where judges from the Osh and Jalal-Abad regional courts, along with representatives from district courts, gathered.

During the sessions, key topics were discussed regarding the significance of constitutionalism for the formation of a rule of law state, as well as the role of the Constitutional Court in the structure of state power. Special attention was given to the practical application of court acts and the principles of constitutional law in judicial practice.

Speaking to the participants, Emil Oskonbaev emphasized that for the successful development of constitutionalism, continuous professional interaction is necessary and noted that the outreach format of the schools facilitates a closer acquaintance with constitutional justice on the ground and takes into account the real needs of the judicial and academic community.

The schools were conducted in an open discussion format, and at the end of the event, participants were awarded certificates.

The Constitutional Court noted that such educational initiatives are part of a comprehensive effort aimed at strengthening constitutional values, enhancing legal culture, and forming a unified understanding of constitutional principles in law enforcement practice.
