In Bishkek, the private school "Creative Taalim" has been recognized as unsafe for children, as reported by the city's administration. According to information, on January 28, following requests from local residents, Deputy Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva, along with a working group, conducted an on-site inspection of the institution.
As a result of the inspection, serious violations of safety standards were identified on the school premises. There was unrestricted access to the boiler room, which is classified as a high-risk facility, and an open excavation was also discovered. Unsanitary conditions, lack of fencing, and other safety measures were noted on the adjacent territory, posing a threat to the life and health of students.
It was also noted that the educational process involves equipment that is not equipped with emission purification systems when burning solid fuel, which negatively impacts the environment. The school administration has been recommended to consider the installation of modern gas purification equipment.
On the third floor, where classes are held, violations of fire and sanitary safety requirements were also found. Previously issued directives from the administration were not provided, therefore requests will be sent to the relevant state authorities and the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic to verify the license of this educational institution.
As a result of the inspection, the "Creative Taalim" school has been tasked with rectifying the identified deficiencies and bringing the premises to a safe condition as soon as possible. Measures must be organized to protect children, including fencing off potentially dangerous areas. In case of non-compliance with the requirements, actions will be taken in accordance with current legislation.
