Participants of the event included the mayor of the city, Ernis Ormokov, the chairman of the city council, Nurtilek Bolotov, as well as leaders of various institutions and enterprises.
Initially, the laureates in the nomination "Best of the Year" were awarded. The winners were chosen based on their significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the region, as well as their achievements in the respective fields. The awards were presented in accordance with part 1 of Article 44 of the KR Law "On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies".
