During the event, village elders (ayyl bashchy), district athletes, representatives of the cultural sphere, and employees of various institutions who contributed to the socio-economic development of the district were awarded. Several workers were granted honorary titles.
According to the district akim Timur Madyarov, in 2025, seven social facilities were commissioned in the Tyup District, long-term construction projects were started and continued, and special attention was paid to the development of the production sector. “The year 2025 has been one of the successful years for the district. Recently, at the People's Kurultai with the participation of President Sadyr Japarov, our district delegation did not raise acute issues, as many questions and difficulties are already being resolved. One of the most important problems remains providing the population with drinking water. As of the end of 2025, 28 out of 37 villages are supplied with clean drinking water, and work on water supply for the remaining settlements will continue. In addition, this year new production facilities began operations – safflower oil production was established in the Karasaevsky ayil aimak, and in the Karkyra ayil aimak, a stone crushing plant and a reinforced concrete structure factory are functioning, as well as a polystyrene block production enterprise. A special commission was created to determine the best performers of the year, and awards were presented based on its findings,” Madyarov reported.
For contributions to the socio-political life of the Issyk-Kul region, the honorary title of "Honorary Citizen of the Issyk-Kul Region" was awarded on behalf of the presidential representative in the region to:
— Bekish Azganovich Tashtanbekov, director of the Tyup District State Archive;
— Jumagul Törögeldievna Januzakova, member of the Women's Council of the Balbay ayil aimak.
- “Honorary Citizen of the Tyup District” — Ruslan Dogdurbekovich Sarymsakov, first deputy head of the Tyup District State Administration.

- Best Organization of the Year – Tyup District Electric Network Enterprise, Almazbek Kulmyrzayevich Asanbaev.
- Best Leader of the Year – Rakhmat Esengul uulu, head of the Tyup Forestry.
- Best State Employee of the Year — Tolkun Tursunbekovna Bolekova, chief specialist of the organizational department of the district state administration.
- Best Municipal Employee of the Year – Nazgul Zholdoshbaevna Ismanova, economist-statistician of the Tyup ayil aimak.
- Best Ayil Aimak of the Year – Ayil Okmotu of the Issyk-Kul ayil aimak, Dilgir Omorovna Omorova.
- Best Public Organization of the Year – the public association of disabled people “Kelechek Sary-Köl”, Sonun Ermekovna Boronchieva.
- Best Mentor of the Year – the group “Muras”, Yrysbubu Kashkarbaeva.
- Best Entrepreneur of the Year – Anarbek Ishenbekovich Maralbaev, head of the recreation zone “Khan-Tengri”.
- Best Village Elder (ayyl bashchy) of the Year – Akylbek Keneshakunovich Sydykov, village elder of Kurmöntü.
- Best Village Elder (ayyl bashchy) of the Year – Tursunbek Sharypovich Kasmaliev, village elder of Dolon.
- Best Teacher of the Year – Elzat Bakytovna Asanova — teacher of the Kyrgyz language and literature at the K.Umetaliev Secondary School.
- Best Medical Worker of the Year – Asel Bekturganovna Mamytova — doctor of the diagnostic department of the Tyup District Center for General Medical Practice.
- Best Cultural Worker of the Year – Asel Bektursunovna Ismailova — director of the U.Mambetaliev Culture House in the Taldy-Suu ayil aimak of Karkyra.
- Best Chairperson of the Year – Orozbek Jumagazievich Mukambetov, chairperson of the local council of the Issyk-Kul ayil aimak;
- Best Chairwoman of the Year – Gulbarchyn Sayakbekovna Adykeeva, chairwoman of the local council of the Balbay ayil aimak.
- Best Athlete of the Year – Janarbek Ibaratovich Turdushev, 11th-grade student of the Z.Mambetseitova Secondary School.
- Best Athlete of the Year – Dastan Ermatovich Ryspaev, master of sports.
