Additionally, in the village of Tyup, the kindergarten "Kelechek" has opened with 275 places. A total of 209 million 398 thousand 571 soms was allocated for construction, and the project was financed from the republican budget. Construction began in 2023.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the head of the company "Alliance Continental" is Nurbek Asamidinovich Attokurov, and the founder is Nuraly Tolkunbekovich Sheraliev.
The company was registered on October 19, 2020, and underwent re-registration on September 26, 2025.
