The opening was held with the online participation of President Sadyr Japarov, as reported by the presidential representative office in the region.
Production Facilities
- The small hydropower plant "Kurak-Tektir-2" is located in Aldyk, in the village of Chon-Kyshtoo, in the rural district of Gulistan, Nookat district. The project is estimated at 88 million soms, and the total installed capacity is 1200 kW, of which:
- First stage — 600 kW
- Second stage — an additional 600 kW.
- A municipal slaughterhouse for livestock was built in the rural district of Daroot-Korgon, Chon-Alai district. The project cost is 24.8 million soms, and the production capacity is 8–10 heads of livestock per day.
- The meat and dairy processing plant "Zheti Baatyr" is located in the rural district of Manas, Kara-Suu district. Investments amount to 1 million 400 thousand dollars (own funds). The production capacities of the plant are as follows:
- meat products — 180 thousand tons,
- ice cream — 1800 tons,
- dairy products — 3600 tons.
The plant will create about 400 jobs.
Social Facilities
Uzgen District
- A kindergarten "Azada-Apa" has opened in the village of Alga, Kyzyl-Oktyabr rural district. It is designed for 120 places, the project cost is 77 million 910.1 thousand soms, financed from the republican budget. Construction began in 2024 and has been completed.
- Another kindergarten for 60 places is located in the village of Kenesh, Bash-Döbö rural district. The contractor was LLC "Altrade," and the project cost is 46 million 342.7 thousand soms, also financed from the republican budget.
Nookat District
- The Akmatali Syra Nov School is located in the village of On-Eki-Moynok, Kök-Jar rural district, and accommodates 275 students. The project costs over 133 million soms. Construction began in the fourth quarter of 2023 and has been completed.
- The secondary school in Kara-Koktu, located in the village of the same name, named after A. Mirmakhmudov, is designed for 150 places. The project cost 92 million 460 thousand soms and was completed in May 2024.
- The preschool institution "Rayana," located in the village of Zhar-Korgon, named after N. Isanov, accommodates 120 children and was built by a private investor for 60 million soms.
- The Gerait-Shoron secondary school, located in the Tölös rural district, is designed for 225 places. The construction cost was 74 million 931 thousand soms.
Kara-Kulzhinsky District
- A kindergarten "Parchabu Ene" has opened in the village of Biymyrza, designed for 120 places, with a project cost of 70 million 246.5 thousand soms.
Kara-Suu District
- Secondary school No. 133 in the village of Kayragach, located in the Ala-Tuu rural district, is designed for 275 places. Construction began in 2015 and has been completed, with a total cost exceeding 105 million 495 thousand soms.
- The secondary school named after T. Sheriev, located in the village of Andagul, Papansk rural district, accommodates 150 students and costs 104 million soms. Construction was completed in 2024.
- An additional educational building for the Lenin school in the city of Kara-Suu is designed for 450 places, with funding from the republican budget amounting to 107 million soms.
- A kindergarten for 120 places has also opened in the village of Otuz-Adyr, with a project cost of 53 million 350 thousand soms.
Alai District
- A sports hall in the village of Zherge-Tal was built in the Üch-Döbö-Alai rural district. The construction cost was 23 million 374.2 thousand soms.
- The secondary school in the village of Askaly, named after M. Akmatov, is designed for 100 places (without a sports hall). Construction began in 2024, with costs amounting to 42 million 638.9 thousand soms.
- A kindergarten "Gulburak" has opened in the village of Sary-Mogol, designed for 140 places. The project started in 2023, with costs amounting to 86 million 950 thousand soms.
- The sports hall of secondary school No. 29 named after Keldibay Taychabarov in the village of Toguz-Bulak cost 20 million soms.
