In the Uzgen district of the Osh region, in the village of Karoоl, it is planned to pave three streets, which will require 7 million 216 thousand 509 soms.
The application for funding was submitted by the leadership of the Chon-Alaï rural administration with the aim of attracting shared (stimulating) grants.
According to information posted on the "Open Budget" portal, the local budget for 2026 allocates 2 million 216 thousand 509 soms, while an additional 5 million soms in the form of grants is needed to implement the project.

The village of Karoоl, founded in 1970, is located in the Karoоl rural district. The streets M. Bakirov, A. Mamyrayimov, and A. Jalilov are internal roads of the village. For several years, gravel has been laid on them; however, in spring and summer, dust arises, and in autumn and winter, the roads are covered with mud, creating serious inconveniences for local residents. These conditions particularly hinder the movement of children going to school, as well as passengers. Therefore, paving the roads is extremely important for ensuring comfortable living conditions for the population.
