In the Tyup district, located in the Issyk-Kul region, a state of heightened readiness has been declared due to a sharp deterioration in weather conditions, which will be in effect on December 11 and 12.

All 35 schools and 16 kindergartens in this area have switched to remote learning.

Seiitbek Abdildaev, the head of the district education department, reported that students will study in an online format on the specified dates.

“The decision to introduce a state of heightened readiness was made on December 10 by the district state administration. As a result, students are learning remotely. Teachers continue to conduct classes according to the schedule and maintain communication with students,” noted S. Abdildaev.
According to information from Kyrgyzhydromet, a sharp drop in temperature with precipitation, strong winds, and fog is expected in Kyrgyzstan starting December 8.

On December 10-11, astronomers predict a decrease in temperature:

In the Naryn region, in the agricultural zone, the temperature at night will drop to -18…-23°, while during the day it will be -6…-11°.

Precipitation is expected in the mountainous areas of Kyrgyzstan from December 8 to 10, which may lead to snow avalanches on the 68-74 km section of the Ala-Buka—Kanysh-Kiya road (Chapchuma Pass), as well as on the 3 km section of the Krasnaya Gorka—Ak-Tash road and on the 65-110 km section of the Myrza-Ake—Kara-Kulja—Alaykuu road. Snow drifts, snow cover, and ice are also possible.
