During these days, rain and snow are forecasted across the country, with heavy precipitation possible in some areas, as well as the accumulation of wet snow on wires and trees. Fog is expected in certain regions.
The speed of the western wind may reach 15-20 meters per second in some areas, and up to 19-24 meters per second over the waters of Lake Issyk-Kul. Snow drifts and ice are also predicted on the roads, especially in mountainous regions where snowdrifts may occur.
The air temperature is expected to drop significantly:
- Chui Valley: at night down to −12... −17°C, during the day up to −4... −9°C;
- Talas Valley: at night down to −12... −17°C, during the day up to −4... −9°C;
