
According to information from the president's office in the Issyk-Kul region, a state of emergency has been declared in the Tyup district due to heavy precipitation and worsening weather conditions.
Earlier, a few hours ago, special forces and civil defense authorities began operating in an enhanced mode.
Currently, the following actions are being taken:
- clearing of roads and restoring traffic;
- ensuring the uninterrupted operation of utility and energy systems;
- monitoring areas that pose potential danger;
- promptly informing residents about the current situation.
Law enforcement agencies have intensified measures to ensure public safety and are monitoring traffic in areas with poor visibility. Medical services are on high alert for rapid response.
Specialized services continue preventive and emergency recovery work.
The president's office noted that the situation is under constant control of the local administration and civil defense services.
