This HPP has an installed capacity of 1.7 MW and an average annual electricity generation of 10.5 million kWh. The construction of the facility covered an area of 60,000 square meters (6 hectares).
Investments in the project amounted to 2 million dollars, and work began in 2023. As part of the project implementation, a diversion canal was built, hydrotechnical units were installed, a 10 kV power line was laid, and turbine equipment was installed with the participation of Czech specialists.
The opening ceremony gathered representatives from the Ministry of Digital Development, OJSC "Chakan HPP," the Chui District State Administration, as well as local authorities and the leadership of the presidential representative office in the region.

Abdanbek uulu Belek also heads LLC "Grand Magnat," which was founded by himself and Torogeldiev Rayymbek Rustambekovich. The main activity of the company is related to wholesale non-specialized trade.
The company was registered on January 31, 2023, and underwent re-registration on November 21 of the same year.
